International patients
Everything that usually stops someone from booking — payment, language, paperwork, timing — answered in one page.
Booking
Appointments are arranged by WhatsApp. It is how the clinic runs day to day and it is the fastest way to get a real answer.
Send what's going on, and a photo if it's something visible. You will get back: whether it's a consultation or a procedure, roughly how long it takes, what it costs, and which of the three locations you should go to.
⚠️ A photo is not a diagnosis. It tells us how soon you should be seen and how much time to set aside — nothing more. Skin is diagnosed by looking at skin.
Payment
- Payment at the time of service. Cash in Mexican pesos and cards are the normal options.
- No U.S. insurance is billed directly. That is true of essentially every private clinic in Mexico, not just this one.
- You get a receipt. Whether that receipt is enough for your insurer to reimburse you depends on your plan — check with them before you travel.
What to bring
- A list of your medications, including doses.
- Any recent lab work or pathology reports, even in English.
- Photos of the problem from earlier, if you have them. For a changing mole, a photo from a year ago is worth more than any description.
- Your ID.
How long things take
- Consultation: usually enough time in one visit.
- Minor surgery — a mole, a cyst, a biopsy — can often be done the same day if you say so when booking.
- Pathology results: reviewed at a follow-up visit. If you are leaving, we arrange how to get them to you.
- Laser series: sessions are spaced weeks apart. If you are here seasonally, say so and the plan is built around your dates.
Language
When you message us, write in English and say that you would prefer your appointment in English. We will tell you which location and which time works for that.
It's a fair question to ask directly, and a straight answer is better than a promise on a website.
Where to go
Two locations in the city of Durango and one in Torreón, Coahuila. The Durango Fátima location is the full clinic — consultations, diagnostics, surgery and most lasers. Addresses, phone numbers and hours are on the locations page.
Frequently asked questions
Can I be seen the same week?
Often yes. Message us with your dates.
Do you prescribe medication I can fill in the U.S.?
You will receive a prescription written by the treating physician. Whether a U.S. pharmacy fills a Mexican prescription is up to that pharmacy and that state — plan for filling it here.
Is there a pharmacy at the clinic?
Yes, there is a dermatologic pharmacy on site.
What if I have a complication after I go home?
You keep the same WhatsApp contact. For anything urgent, be seen locally first and then send us what happened.
Not sure if we can help?
Send a message describing the problem. You'll get a straight answer about whether this is something we treat.
